First : General Manager
Sheikh \ Sehan Fadel Sehan , establishment owner , general manager . draw the broad lines ,  gives green light to technical , financial departments , gives power of attorney to technical , financial mgr , he takes the duty of meeting top government official to overcome any obstacle and ensure the running of different establishment departments.

Second : Technical department
technical manager send reports to general manager about the work of project department , equipment & auto department , spare parts dept , workshops dept , brick and cement block factory , technical manager coordinate between all various depts. and receives  reports from depts. , mgrs .

Third : Financed Admin
financed admin mgr , reports to gen,mgr regarding finance dept , ad mine dept , public relations dept , handles all financed do mental credits coordinate with other departs.

Fourth : Project department
the establishment is prevailed  to have so many fine engineers with skill & experience which been working and construction across our great country.

Fifth : Equipment & Auto dept
the mgr here communication higher level in supply project dept needs and make communicate with provide all spare parts with equipment & transport stuff , he reports to technical mgr all running & auto . equipment and super rises equipment rental market .

Sixth : Spare Parts & workshop dept
reports to technical mgr , he meet equipment & auto dept spare part needs to serve at last project dept . he supervises spare part , contract with government sectors , he annual ensures workshop facilities serving both public & official government vehicles.

Seventh : Finance dept
it reports the budget of furred flow inward & outward , it reports finance admin mgr  , and upper level with other depts. to ensure cash flow to excite all tasks and workmen payroll .

Eighth : Admin dept mgr
reports to finance & admin mgr , it ensures work flow at all establishment sections by renewal of Iqamas , visas and stuff insurance needs.

Ninth : Public relations dept
reports to finance of admin mgr . PR MGR is responsible in solving all complaints and handling suggestions , he coordinates with add & propaganda dept mgr & reception mgr to carry out all work finalities in such away which protect the establishment image & reputation all mgr , is PR help overcome all other establishment depts. obstacles.
